How It Works

I'm not a consultant who disappears after the deck.

I stay in it. From the first conversation to the day something opens its doors — or ships its first order, or signs its first client. Based in Kansas City, and genuinely happy to connect wherever you are.

I create the proposal, the pitch, the projections, and the partnership framework. Everything someone needs to say yes — and everything you need to feel confident walking into the room.

Contracts signed is just the beginning. I source materials, coordinate teams, show up on-site, and stay involved until the thing is real and running. I'm a builder, not just a planner.
